Uttarakhand Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ Tuesday sought a high level probe into the charges levelled against veteran Congress leader N. D. Tiwari, who quit as Andhra Pradesh governor Saturday after allegations of his involvement in a sex scandal.
